Convenient Location. This place is situated in a peaceful area close to a shopping district with lots of great dining spots and bars. 🛍️🍽️ You can also find stores nearby. The room comes with handy amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator.

From start to finish - a very pleasant experience in June and September. A hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets available. Vews of the sea. Top setting on top of hill. Nice surrounding, close enough to local transport, Matagorda shopping centre and beach.

It has spotless rooms and easy location near to beaches, restaurants and bars and taxi rank. Stuff, they are all obliging, from Stefano the manager.

Stefano, the manager, was extremely helpful and efficient. The venue was lovely and the location was comfortable and quiet, just a 10-15 minute walk from Matagorda. We spent 5 nights there and will definitely be back.

Small complex, very clean, excellent condition well maintained and excellent staff, (Señoras, Lissett, Fatima, Purie and Señor Jullio)! We asked for an apartment on top floor with sea view and got just what we asked for. Sitting out on our balcony in the evening with a beer and glass of, (self made) Garcia Vine, :-), watching the sunset and the view over the bay was great. Apartment was cleaned daily except on Wednesdays and Sundays. Lovely Location, walking only 3 minutes to the beach and have the pool almost to yourself!!! The locations to all facilities are really value for money and yes and for sure, we can highly recommend to all of you! We would definitely return soon! Señora Lucy and Señor Nebo!

Stayed there for 5 nights, really enjoyed it. The staff were extremely friendly, from Stefano the manager. The apartment was tidy and well equipped with a safe, central heating, and coffee and tea making equipment. There was an amazing and nice bathroom. Location was excellent and good, in a great area.

We had a wonderful stay in June and September. The location is lovely, close to shops, bars, restaurants, a shopping mall. It's in a quiet area and offers great value. You can easily walk to Puerto del Carmen or take a frequent bus or taxi. There's easy access to Alisios Cafe, just a 20-minute walk away.

This is our second stay there. Its relaxed and most of the guests are returnees. It is definetly not for those who want noise, entertainment and excitement on-site, but for those like ourselves who prefer to chill out in a peaceful athmosphere, its ideal. Perfectly situated within a short walk of both the bus-stop and the taxi rank and only minutes from the airport. Can't ask for much more

The property had an exceptional view and air-conditioned and reasonably large rooms. Its location was good, 2 km from Rancho Texas Park.

Comfy beds and clean rooms were definitely the best aspects of our stay. We had a good night's sleep every night and the rooms were always tidy and well-maintained. the location was also a plus as it was conveniently close to local buses and not too far from bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. It made getting around and finding places to eat and shop very easy. the complex was relaxed and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.

We had an issue with noise coming from a nearby tank every morning, waking us up at 7 am and continuing throughout the day. Despite efforts to resolve the problem, the noise persisted throughout our stay, causing a disruption to our rest.

We had a pleasant 5-night stay and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming.

Apartment was very clean. Towels changed 4 times per week. Management was very flexible about check-out time on day of departure. Good value for money when compared with nearby establishments

Sheets changed once per week. It would be better if there were 2 changes each week.
